There are two private parking spots available, one is onsite in front of the house (has 1 parking spot) and the other is located 30 meters from the house (has 2 parking spots).

Above are images and maps of both locations, where orange arrow represents direction of arrival, #1 in front of the house parking spot and #2 off-site parking spot.

You can park in front of the house (#1) whenever the place isn’t taken by other guests, otherwise please use the parking spot #2 located 30m away (anywhere next to the brown wooden cottage remarked on the image).

We offer keyless entrance by personal PIN. On the left side of the door there is a keypad (see image above):

1. UNLOCKING THE DOOR: Please type PIN NUMBER provided and click the “UNLOCK” icon on the keypad (bottom right corner).

2. LOCKING THE DOOR: When you are leaving the house, you can lock the entrance door by clicking on a “LOCK” icon (bottom left corner).

There are two apartments in the house:

1) One-bedroom apartment (32 m2) – STUDIO LEPENA is located in the ground floor behind white door, next to the wooden staircase.

2) Apartment with mountain view (45 m2) – SUITE SOČA is located in the 1st floor behind white door, next to the wooden staircase.

Your apartment will be ready for you on the day of your arrival after 15:00. If agreed up frot, we will do our best to adopt to guests specific needs.

Smoking in the house is not allowed!

We are obliged to recycle the waste. We suggest you use the two bins under the kitchen sink for organic and packaging waste, mixed waste can be put in a small can in the bathroom, while paper and glass can be collected separately – there are plenty of recycling bags in a drawer under the oven which you can use freely.

In addition, to maintain maximum hygiene in the bathroom, we prefer and kindly request that you use the liquid gel located next to the toilet, instead of the toilet brush.

Please do take your waste out of the apartment regularly and especially when leaving!

Recycling islands can be found everywhere in the village. The closest is in direction of Soča river, where you most likely arrived from, near local restaurant Vančar (approx. 100m from the house).

You can use everything you find in the apartment.

You can find a few hints on what to do or where to go here. If you have specific questions about possible activities, we will be happy to help you book with our neighbors (-10%)!

We would like to ask you kindly to be respectful to the other guests, which may be also staying in the house at the time of your stay, as well as to the neighbors.

Check-out during high season is at 10:00 AM. If you need more time, please let us know and we will try to adopt. You can leave the apartment keys where you found them. Again, when leaving, please lock the main door by clicking on the “LOCK” icon (bottom left button) on the keypad.
